I'm a few pixels old and my couple of pixels older, older brother pixel (bare with me here) has been acting strangely. Even worse, over the past stored electronic data days, he hasn't cleaned his....will that happen to me, I don't want to duplicate up yet, someone please tell me... what aisle can I find digital deodorant?
Hey y'all,
I just heard a new term "digital hygiene" and it's my favorite thing since I found out about dude wipes, manscaping, and the possibility of someone referring to me as a metrosexual.
Now I don't want you to get the wrong idea, I keep fresh all the time. At least I thought I did. I'm a digital cinematographer, so when I get off the toilet, out of the shower, after I brush my teeth, there's something else I have to worry about. That's my digital stench, and boy is mine stinking.
How's your digital hygiene? With digital hygiene you get no leeway, there's no pheromones, no cheat days, not even a little bit. You have to clean, clean, Irish spring clean and then maintain or you will have a digital pandemic on your hands, and believe me you want to avoid digital pandemics like the electric slide plague.
So how do we do this? I'm not sure to be honest. I need a big fire hose. That goes way back like ex-girlfriends back to Facebook ago. I'm pretty much screwed. I could change my digital name maybe, I can call it the digital underground.
When faced with the challenge of navigating the complexities of the digital world, it often feels like trying to control a raging fire with a mere garden hose. It's like trying to use a toothpick to build a skyscraper - ambitious, but ultimately ineffective. The need for a more powerful tool, akin to a big fire hose, again with a fire hose, becomes evident as we delve deeper into the intricacies of online presence and identity. It's like realizing you need a forklift to lift your social media game to the next level.
Reflecting on past experiences is like scrolling through your embarrassing old posts and cringing harder than watching a middle school play. It's like revisiting ex-girlfriends from a time when your profile picture was a badly edited selfie with a peace sign. Right, I mean who else?
Despite the uncertainties and obstacles that may arise in the digital realm, there is a sense of adaptability and resilience in considering a change in one's digital persona. It's like hitting the reset button on your online life - a digital makeover that's both terrifying and exhilarating. Embracing a new identity online is like getting a virtual facelift but without the risk of looking like a poorly rendered video game character.
Very interesting, indeed. Rick
